Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Finance, or similar role (internships included).
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com (SFDC) or similar CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to work with data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to travel nationally for meetings as necessary (~15%).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) (preferred).
- Exposure to sales compensation, territory planning, or CRM administration (preferred).
- Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or MedTech (preferred).
- Basic understanding of contracts or pricing processes (preferred).
- Experience working with global teams (preferred)
