Role Overview
The Head of Finance Business Partnering & FP&A, North America is a senior finance leadership role and a key member of the North America Finance Leadership Team. Reporting to the CFO North America, this position serves as the primary strategic finance partner to the North America President and executive NA leadership team.
What You Will Do
Lead all North America planning processes, including Strategic Plans, Annual Budget, Targets, Mid-Year Forecasts, Latest Estimates, Long Range Plans, and Rolling Forecasts. Continuously monitor performance against expectations, proactively identifying variances, risks, and corrective actions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within a complex, global organization.
- Significant experience leading financial planning and analysis, finance business partnering, performance management, and strategic planning functions.
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives and influencing business strategy and operational decisions.
