Role Overview

As a Controlling Operations Financial Analyst – Personnel Cost M&S, you’ll play a key role in transforming how Sanofi controls and forecasts personnel costs across Manufacturing & Supply. You’ll partner with finance and business stakeholders to ensure accurate monthly closings, develop forecasts, and drive continuous improvement in our financial processes.

What You Will Do

Manage monthly financial closing for personnel costs, develop and maintain personnel cost forecasts, track actuals versus budget, identify risks and opportunities, and provide guidance to stakeholders.

• Fluent English
