Role Overview

The Customer Experience Advisor will be the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone, assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries, and servicing. They will build relationships, find solutions, and develop knowledge of services and products to help customers. The role requires a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service, effective team working skills, and a flexible, can-do approach to work.

The Customer Experience Advisor will act as the first point of contact for customers, assist with transactions, answer customer calls, build relationships, and develop knowledge of services and products. They will also identify new ways to improve the customer experience.
