Senior Finance Operations Analyst

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Senior Finance Operations Analyst to help build and scale financial systems and processes across the business. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, execution-focused, and able to independently identify opportunities for improvement and drive execution with minimal oversight.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in financial operations, FP&A, accounting operations, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of core financial concepts (forecasting, invoicing, cost tracking) and ability to apply them operationally.
• Experience working with ERP or financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce).
• Demonstrated experience owning and driving cross-functional projects or system/process implementations.
• Strong judgment and ability to prioritize competing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across functions and levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify problems, take initiative, and drive
