Associate Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis Sales

Role Overview

Join our Commercial Finance team and drive Net Sales growth, improve Net Pricing, and optimize trade investments across the cluster. Partner with Country Managers, Sales, and Marketing teams to provide financial insights and support strategic business decisions.

What You Will Do

Lead financial analysis, forecasting, and ROI evaluations, identify opportunities to improve business performance, and drive profitable growth. Guide and develop a team member in a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields
• 4–5 years of experience in responsibilities related to the position, including Profit & Loss (P&L) management, financial planning, and/or financial analysis (FP&A)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken
