Staff Engineer- SAP Business Intelligence

Design, develop, and support enterprise-scale solutions on SAP BW 7.5 on HANA and above, develop dashboards and analytical stories using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), integrate SAP ECC 6.0, APO, S/4HANA, and non-SAP sources.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SAP BW on HANA, HANA CLOUD and SAP SAC
• Strong hands-on experience in BW 7.5 on HANA and above
• Experience with SAP Datasphere
• Strong SAP BO BI 4.x (WebI) experience
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Data provisioning using SLT, ODP, SDA, SDI
• Strong ABAP development skills for BW extractors and transformations
• Backend & Integration
• SAP ECC 6.0 and APO integration
• Experience with real-time and batch data replication
• Performance tuning and query optimization
• AI & Advanced Analytics (Preferred)
• Exposure to AI/ML models for forecasting and predictive analytics
• Experience integrating AI outputs into SAC dashboards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience working in global delivery models
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
