Role Overview

The Director of Operations & Growth will lead the Chattanooga office, overseeing day-to-day operations, team development, and business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires balancing operational excellence with business development, building accountability across a team, and creating an environment where caregivers, clients, and employees feel supported.

What You Will Do

The Director will oversee operations & service delivery, business development & growth, team leadership & development, performance management & accountability, and centralized administrative support. They will also establish and monitor key performance indicators, review operational dashboards, and develop action plans to drive corrective action.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, management, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing day-to-day business operations
• Experience in home care, healthcare services, senior care, or another service-oriented industry
• Experience managing, coaching, or holding a business development professional accountable for measurable growth
• Strong understanding of sales pipelines, referral relationships, client acquisition, and customer retention
• Proven ability to establish goals, evaluate performance metrics, and translate results into actionable improvement plans
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on people, service quality, and results
