Consultant – Growth & Innovation

Role Overview

Sia is a specialist Management Consulting firm that provides expert advisory services on strategy & execution, innovation, operational performance & cost reduction, cyber & data security, efficient organisation, transformation & change management, HR performance, and IT performance. The Consultant will support and manage delivery of our project engagement, service delivery and defined projects as part of the Middle East team.

What You Will Do

The Consultant will be responsible for specific areas of focus and for monitoring progress and successful delivery against agreed outcomes. Tasks may include but are not limited to: supporting and managing delivery of assigned innovation projects, documenting full needs description and solution requirements, active technology scouting and solution identification and validation, project due diligence research and documentation, communicating and facilitating collaboration across multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong academic background (e.g. Engineering and/or Business) from a top-tier university
• 3-5 years’ experience in technology, research, innovation environments
• Experience of planning, managing, and delivering innovation and technical-based projects
• Formal project delivery tracking using Gantt charts or similar
• Demonstrable experience of leading and completing complex technical innovation projects
• Experience in understanding technical discussions and documentation
• Knowledge of open Innovation Methodology, Intellectual Property and Technology Scouting
• Certification in Innovation or Future Foresight from GIMI is highly preferable
• Business proficiency in Arabic and English is a must
