Role Overview
The National Sales Manager will lead the sales organization in Türkiye, driving sales performance across the full product portfolio, and ensuring excellence in field execution. The role will play a key part in translating business strategies into effective field execution and commercial success.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include leading sales performance, contributing to the execution of sales strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and representing the sales organization within the Leadership Team.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including significant experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong track record in sales leadership and people management.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking capability.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, digital tools, and omnichannel engagement approaches.
- Fluency in English.
