Role Overview

Provide administrative and financial support in the management of the company’s accounting and documentation, ensuring the correct registration, control, and backup of financial information, as well as compliance with internal processes and current regulations.

What You Will Do

Manage purchase documents, sales documents, honorarium invoices, and accounting movements in the ERP system. Prepare documentation for client payments and gather accounting backups.

  • SII portal management
  • Experience in using ERP (preferably Odoo)
  • Office tools management (Excel basic/intermediate level)
