We’re looking for a commercially driven National Business Development Manager to lead and grow key client relationships across Australia.
Requirements
- Lead and support the Business Development team to drive growth across key accounts
- Identify and deliver strategic organic growth projects nationally
- Manage and oversee major bids, tenders, and contract negotiations
- Strengthen relationships with key clients and procurement stakeholders
- Review and optimise contracts to maximise commercial outcomes
- Track sales performance and provide insights to support strategic decisions
- Coach and guide team members on best practice and commercial strategy
- Represent the business at events, conferences, and client meetings
