GTM Project Manager

Role Overview

The GTM Project Manager exists to make the Revenue Operations team deliver predictably. The role takes project logistics work off senior specialists and does it better.

What You Will Do

The role involves owning the Revenue Operations project backlog in Jira, driving delivery support across Deal Desk, Business Intelligence, GTM Systems, Sales Operations, and GTM Strategy, and maintaining project documentation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years in project management, program management, or delivery management
• Demonstrated hands-on ownership of Jira as the system of record for a delivery portfolio
• Experience coordinating distributed teams across multiple time zones
• Experience running delivery cadences
• Experience working directly with senior stakeholders
• Experience in a business systems, revenue operations, sales operations, or technology delivery environment
• Excellent written communication in English
• Experience in a B2B SaaS go-to-market organization (nice to have)
• Agile or Scrum delivery experience (nice to have)
• Experience supporting Deal Desk, Business Intelligence, or CRM systems teams (nice to have)
• Experience in a post-merger or systems integration environment (nice to have)
• Experience building or improving an intake and prioritization process (nice to have)
• Jira administration or configuration (nice to have)
• Salesforce familiarity (nice to have)
• Business intelligence tooling experience (nice to have)
• Use of AI tooling to automate recurring reporting (nice to have)
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
• Atlassian Jira certification (nice to have)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, or equivalent practical experience
