Role Overview

Join Siemens Healthineers as a Director of Product Marketing, XP Radiography and Fluoroscopy (RF) to lead and empower the XP Radiography and Fluoroscopy (RF) Product Management team, overseeing portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, commercialization, installed base management, business performance, and the adaptation of global product messaging to address U.S. market and customer segment needs.

What You Will Do

As a Director of Product Marketing, you will support the Senior Director of Product Marketing and Sales Operations in assessing the strategic position of XPRF in the marketplace, work in close collaboration with global factory resources to ensure products are developed with the USA customer in mind, and partner with US XP Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Customer Services, Solutions Implementation and Global Business Units to accelerate market adoption, customer engagement, and commercial success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Healthcare or Equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in product management, marketing, commercial operations, or healthcare technology
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with demonstrated financial and business acumen.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills with a demonstrated ability to represent the organization in executive and customer-facing environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook, with strong business planning and reporting capabilities.
