We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our HR consulting services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably within HR consulting, recruitment, or professional services)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of HR services such as recruitment, outsourcing, and training
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
- Result-oriented with a high level of initiative and drive
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of the Nigerian business environment and labour market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
