Role Overview
This is a hands-on role with direct revenue ownership. As the Growth and Demand Generation Lead, you will own how demand is created, captured, nurtured, and expanded across the customer lifecycle. Your mandate is to drive trials, leads, and pipeline while continuously improving efficiency and reducing cost of acquisition.
What You Will Do
You will design and run the end to end demand funnel across acquisition, onboarding, retention, and expansion. You will own paid channels and AI driven paid experimentation, with a strong focus on CAC efficiency and high intent demand for upper SMB and mid market buyers.

Requirements
- Five to eight years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation
- Proven ownership of pipeline creation and acquisition efficiency
- Deep hands on expertise in email and lifecycle marketing
- Strong experience running paid programs with a focus on ROI
- Comfort building systems, workflows, and experiments from scratch
- AI forward mindset with practical experience using modern tools
- Strong collaboration skills across marketing, sales, and product
