As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales and Growth Leader for Assurance and Tax by strengthening pipeline integrity, improving data visibility, and enabling consistent sales execution across the organization. You will maintain the integrity, accuracy, and visibility of the Assurance and Tax sales pipeline, increase transparency and confidence in company-wide sales pipeline data, and improve consistency in opportunity tracking, pipeline stages, and probability definitions.
Requirements
- Three (3) plus years of experience in a sales operations or sales support role supporting sales representatives and sales leadership.
- Experience in professional services, B2B, or a multi-service organization, required; experience operating within a complex, matrixed environment, strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong team player who is comfortable working independently and in a virtual environment.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Comfort working in Excel, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and related reporting and analytics tools.
