• Experience in the financial industry
• At least Level 1 of CFA Certification
• In-depth knowledge in Financial Instruments, Valuation and Pricing
• SimCorp Dimension hands-on implementation or configuration experience
• Solid product mindset with the ability to connect customer needs, business objectives, and technical solutions
• Curiosity about customer problems and a commitment to improving user outcomes
• Ability to review requirements constructively and identify simpler, more valuable solutions
• Practical analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective collaboration and communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• Knowledge of Agile principles and experience working in cross-functional product teams
