Role Overview
The Assistant Director (Strategic Partnerships) will support patient access at NCCS by strengthening referral pathways and stewarding NCCS’s international reputation through MOUs, research collaborations, and clinical exchange partnerships. The role balances patient access and outreach work with institutional relationship building, enabling access for patients who would benefit from treatment and care at NCCS, while deepening NCCS’ academic and clinical ties internationally.
What You Will Do
Oversee and lead the patient access team, lead commercial advisory and contract negotiations, manage and grow NCCS’ international partnerships portfolio, establish a structured and sustainable partnerships operating model, lead high-impact strategic projects, and develop robust business cases.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and managing strategic partnerships, experience in contract negotiation, commercial agreement development, and MOU management in healthcare settings, and strong analytical, financial modelling, and project management capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) with preferred background in healthcare consulting or corporate development
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in healthcare outreach, education, visibility and awareness building with stakeholder engagement, strategic partnerships, or professional services
- Experience in oncology or specialty healthcare settings preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin is a must (to liaise with China counterpart)
- Experience in developing non-resident patient programs in a non-profit setting
