Role Overview
We are searching for a Head of Partnerships LATAM to lead and manage regional partnership development with top networks, agencies, and technology partners in LATAM. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with experience in the mobile advertising industry and will have demonstrated success of consistently meeting or exceeding business pipeline and revenue targets and building strong relationships with key advertisers and partners.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute a regional partnerships plan in alignment with company objectives to generate partner-sourced leads/pipeline, support mutual customer success, and explore areas of joint business growth. Lead education of Singular’s platform with regional partners to ensure that they are aware of key competitive differentiators.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years in sales, partnerships, customer success, or other GTM-facing roles
- Strong knowledge of mobile app + measurement ecosystem
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of exceeding sales or partner-sourced revenue goals
- Established relationships with strategic partner channels, including DSPs, SANs, Agencies, and key thought leaders in the mobile app industry
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
