Growth Marketing Manager

Role Overview

SKELAR is a venture builder that creates consumer businesses that become leaders on global markets. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for the entire funnel cycle, from the first click on the ad to the payment of the subscription and upsell.

What You Will Do

Drive the entire funnel cycle end-to-end, diagnose points of user loss, project and iterate paywall and upsell screens, conduct A/B testing, analyze the impact of price change, and conduct cohort and retention analysis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Growth/Performance Marketing
• Practical experience in conducting A/B and multivariate tests
• Strong expertise in funnel and monetization metrics
• Experience working with product-analytical tools
• Conversion copywriting skills
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English
• Experience working with quiz-based funnels
• Experience in relevant niches: spiritual wellness, self-help, health & wellness, EdTech, or other consumer subscription products
