The Sales Operations Manager (CRM Owner) role exists to take ownership of HubSpot operations, ensuring it reflects sales reality and supports reliable reporting and decision-making. The role is responsible for controlling how sales actually operate through CRM governance, process enforcement, and analytical insight.
Requirements
- At least 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM Management, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst roles
- Good working proficiency in English (written and verbal) and ability to work effectively with international stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems
- Strong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of sales workflows (SDR, BDM, AM)
- Ability to challenge inconsistencies and enforce process discipline
