Role Overview
We’re building a digital B2B service company in the area of data protection, compliance, and corporate services. To strengthen our sales team, we’re looking for experienced sales professionals who want to grow with us. You will work permanently from home, making telephone contact with business leaders and decision-makers, and acquiring new customers by phone.
What You Will Do
Your tasks include following up with companies that have already received a letter from us, conducting needs analyses and consulting conversations, presenting our services in video meetings, creating and tracking offers, closing contracts in the B2B area, and maintaining and documenting in the CRM system.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Experience in telephone customer acquisition
- Secure and professional appearance towards business leaders and decision-makers
- High self-motivation and closing strength
- Independent and structured working style
- Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking
- Own fully equipped home office with Microsoft device

- 2,500 € fixed salary
- Uncapped commission
- Up to 900 € commission per closing possible
- Realistic total remuneration of 4,000 € to 7,000 € per month
