Role Overview

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new and targeted accounts.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing pre- and post-order execution, overseeing sales activities and expenses, collaborating with sales, marketing, and engineering departments, and conducting market and competitor analysis.

Requirements

  • College degree preferred in an engineering or business field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Sales experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with rotating equipment
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience of achieving year over year sales growth
  • Self-Starter and highly motivated to achieve results with minimal direct supervision
  • Ability to develop presentations for customers, potential customers, and present in a professional manner
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office suite and ERP systems
