Role Overview
Solace is a rapidly-scaling, multi-sided marketplace connecting patients with healthcare advocates. The Data Analyst will be the analytical partner to the Operations team, helping to close critical gaps in how they understand performance and efficiency across the patient journey and advocate workflows.
What You Will Do
The Data Analyst will drive operational excellence, model capacity and throughput, build scalable analytics, curate the data layer, synthesize and communicate insights, and wrangle complex data to inform business decisions.
