Associate, Product Operations (Corporate Actions)

Role Overview

The Corporate Actions Product Services Team is responsible for corporate actions validation research, client support, and new client onboarding. The team monitors domestic and international corporate actions announcements, conducts a stringent cleansing process, and produces validated multi-sourced corporate actions records for customers.

What You Will Do

Review corporate action announcements, conduct research, and validate information to complete announcements for publication. Interface with external parties to obtain details on corporate actions and resolve exceptions.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate understanding of using AI tools to reduce manual/redundant tasks
• Practical knowledge of AI tools
• Strong awareness of global financial markets
• In-depth knowledge of Equities and Fixed income markets
• 2-6 years of Corporate Actions experience
• Strong research and data mining skills
• Knowledge of financial markets and awareness of current global financial news
• Out of the box thinker with proven analytical and critical thinking skills
• Elevated level of initiative with strong propensity to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Meticulous and keen eye for detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well both independently and as a member of a team
