Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for full sales accountability for customers within the Life Sciences Division of DuPont Healthcare Solutions, promoting fluid management tubing, flexible packaging, and biopharma tubing & over molded assemblies in the Western United States region. The RSM will focus on building a solid pipeline of new opportunities and successfully closing them.
What You Will Do
Deliver year-over-year profitable organic growth for assigned accounts, target and develop new accounts, generate and collaborate cross-selling opportunities, and provide accurate budgeting and forecasting.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of new business development or account management experience in the medical industry, with a focus on fluid management extruded tubing and flexible packaging. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
Requirements
- BS Degree in Engineering or Science
- 3-5 years of new business development or account management experience in the medical industry
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Superior time management/prioritization skills
- Self-starter with initiative and action-oriented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
