Business Development Analyst

Role Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Development Analyst to play a critical part in commercializing new business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have the ability to extract actionable insights from internal tools and marketing intelligence, draw clear conclusions, and effectively communicate findings to internal stakeholders to help drive new commercial opportunities.

What You Will Do

The role involves overseeing the commercial integration of new business, supporting the development and execution of sales strategies, enhancing analytical sales processes, developing business plans and revenue models, and providing actionable advice to optimize sales outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• preferably experience in financial analysis, reporting, or data analytics
• strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• fluency in English, any other European Language knowledge is a plus
• proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), Power BI is a plus
• ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• strong organizational and time management skills
• strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• hands-on ability
