Sr. Manager, Partnerships Strategy and Operations – Build and scale Oshi’s Provider Partnerships business line, specifically Access+, a model of embedding Oshi clinicians within provider practices. Develop trusted relationships with clinicians and practice leaders, identify opportunities for expansion, and make strategic decisions to drive growth and profitability.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in partnerships, strategy, operations, or related roles within healthcare or health tech
  • MBA and/or direct provider growth experience a plus
  • Owner and builder: take responsibility for outcomes and shape programs
  • Clinician-facing operator: build high-trust relationships with physicians and clinical leaders
  • Cross-functional Leader: lead processes and manage stakeholders on diverse teams
  • Collaborative Communicator: align teams around a shared vision
  • Strategic Thinker: see how the ‘pieces’ fit together to understand business needs
  • Data-Driven Decision-Maker: interpret data and build lightweight models
  • Growth Mindset: take on new challenges and learn
  • Healthcare experience required
