Role Overview
The Partner Manager will own and grow an existing book of partner business, helping companies that are building or scaling advertising businesses with StackAdapt as a core technology partner. The role will be responsible for identifying revenue opportunities, building account strategies, expanding stakeholder relationships, and translating partner needs into clear commercial action.
What You Will Do
The Partner Manager will own and grow a book of strategic partner accounts, with a focus on increasing platform spend, identifying upsell opportunities, and building durable partner growth plans. They will develop proactive account strategies, build relationships across partner organizations, and help partners productize StackAdapt capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad tech, digital media, partnerships, account management, client strategy, or enterprise sales, and a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad tech, digital media, partnerships, account management, client strategy, or enterprise sales
- Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem
- Commercial mindset and proven ability to grow existing accounts through proactive upselling, stakeholder expansion, and strategic account planning
- Comfort working with technical products and integrations
- Strong executive presence and ability to lead strategic conversations with senior client stakeholders
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
- High ownership, curiosity, and follow-through
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM to manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and create clear account visibility
- Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity, synthesize data, automate manual work, and generate sharper client insights
