Event Marketing Manager (Experience Architect)

Role Overview

We’re hiring an Event Marketing Manager (Experience Architect) to lead event marketing strategy and execution across trade shows, partner programs, executive engagements, and internal events. The role covers our event marketing programs end-to-end, including trade shows, executive dinners, partner events, client-facing programs, and internal offsites. The ideal candidate is curious, adaptable, and proactive, with a strong ability to hold the big picture and smallest logistical detail at the same time.

What You Will Do

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of trade shows, executive dinners, workshops, networking receptions, client-facing programs, and internal events. Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, develop a working understanding of their programs, and evaluate opportunities for joint participation.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in event marketing, event management, or a related field, and experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder events.

Requirements

• 4+ years in event marketing, event management, experiential marketing, hospitality, project management, or a related field
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder events, preferably within the technology industry
• Strong organizational and operational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication across executive, sales, and client-facing audiences
• Comfortable owning projects from planning through post-event wrap-up independently
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gemini, and NotebookLM)
• Experience with CRM systems, lead management, and event registration platforms preferred
• Familiarity with the technology, infrastructure, AI, research computing, or enterprise IT ecosystem strongly preferred
