Role Overview

Join our Revenue Systems & Operations team to build systems and processes that define the customer journey at Stedi. You’ll work directly with GTM, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to build systems to verify, provision, contract, and bill customers.

What You Will Do

Own the systems that verify, provision, and manage customer accounts, build and own the billing systems, make every new product sellable on launch day, and define how accounts move from signup to closure.

Requirements

• 2+ years in revenue operations, GTM engineering, business systems design, or similar roles
• Understanding of APIs and data models
• Ability to write SQL and ship scripts, automations, or internal tools
• Experience with modern billing platforms and concepts like usage-based pricing, prepaid credits, and subscription structures
