Role Overview
Support the sales team on contract and sales order execution, coordinate with production and logistics teams, and communicate with customers on lead times, invoices, and payment topics.
What You Will Do
Gather regular analysis reports, issue commercial invoices, manage credit insurance lines, and control payment risk of shipments.

Requirements
- Experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance Operations, or related functions
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Good understanding of order-to-cash (OTC) processes
- International business knowledge or hands-on experience
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (at least C1 level), Chinese speaking a plus
