Business Development Representative

Role Overview

The Business Development Representative supports growth initiatives for Sunshine Pediatric Day Center, a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Center (PPECC) serving the Dallas, Texas market. This position plays a critical role in expanding referral pipelines, strengthening community partnerships, and increasing awareness of pediatric extended care services.

What You Will Do

Cultivate and sustain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and community stakeholders. Implement community outreach strategies to elevate brand presence and service awareness throughout the region.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare business development, outreach, sales, or marketing
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable personal transportation
