Role Overview
Manage inbound inquiries and guide parents through the initial journey from first contact to scheduling a campus visit. Deliver an exceptional experience for families while ensuring accurate data tracking and continuous improvement of the admissions process.
What You Will Do
Respond to inbound inquiries, provide information, and assist parents in scheduling campus tours and events. Maintain accurate records and collaborate with internal teams to meet enrollment goals.

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience using CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Background or familiarity with education, early childhood, or Montessori is a plus
