Role Overview

Lead and develop a sales team daily, coaching consultants, running structured desking sessions, and driving consistent production across new and certified pre-owned. Manage floor coverage and the guest experience from first contact through delivery.

Lead and develop the sales team daily, desk deals with precision, urgency, and integrity, monitor and hold the team accountable to key performance metrics, and support inventory management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Sales Manager or senior desk manager experience at a franchised dealership
• Mercedes-Benz or luxury brand sales management experience strongly preferred
• Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred
• Professional, polished communicator who earns the trust of the team and the respect of the Marin County guest
