What You Will Do
Design and execute the new sales commercial strategy, lead the generation of demand, build and develop a high-performance commercial team, and strengthen CRM discipline.

- At least 5 years leading commercial teams for new sales, hunters, or business development
- Proven experience in complex consultative sales, relationship with executive positions, and closing high-value opportunities
- CRM, pipeline management, forecast, commercial indicators, and methodologies such as BANT, MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, or similar
