Role Overview

Lead the commercial growth strategy, focused on capturing new clients, B2B consultative sales, and expansion of business solutions for the mid-market market. Assume a strategic role with high impact on the company’s commercial growth.

What You Will Do

Design and execute the new sales commercial strategy, lead the generation of demand, build and develop a high-performance commercial team, and strengthen CRM discipline.

  • At least 5 years leading commercial teams for new sales, hunters, or business development
  • Proven experience in complex consultative sales, relationship with executive positions, and closing high-value opportunities
  • CRM, pipeline management, forecast, commercial indicators, and methodologies such as BANT, MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, or similar
