Product Marketing Director – Fixed Income Lead

Role Overview

Leads product marketing for significantly large set of products/capabilities of strategic importance across a region/BU. Sets the strategy and vision for value proposition, messaging, target audience profile, and campaigns with a focus on the client experience journey and needs and may execute on these.

What You Will Do

Establishes the strategic approach for product marketing, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market direction in alignment with broader enterprise content and marketing priorities. Develops / creates differentiated value propositions, messaging frameworks, and positioning strategies for Fixed Income capabilities and products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, investment marketing, asset management, product strategy, investment communications, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of investment products, asset classes, capital markets, and institutional/intermediary client segments.
• Demonstrated success developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for complex investment capabilities.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable marketing recommendations.
• Experience leading integrated campaigns in matrixed organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business strategy, competitive dynamics, and client engagement.
