Product Ops Analyst – Properties

As a Properties Ops Analyst, you will support digital platforms and tools used across Target’s physical location lifecycle, providing timely support and exercising discretion in resolving issues. You will work cross-functionally to enhance system performance and usability, analyzing support patterns and user behavior to identify recurring issues and recommending improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology systems within relevant domains
• Experience in SQL
• Familiarity with system configuration, data management, and business process mapping
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint (or similar) applications
• Good organizational, prioritizing and problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong analytical skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Technical aptitude and curiosity; eager to learn new tools and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
