Role Overview

As the Head of Delivery, AI Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that operations deliver training data (collection and annotation), adversarial testing, model evaluation services, and AI safety reviews meets the highest standards.

What You Will Do

Manage the delivery of AI services such as data collection and annotation, adversarial testing, and AI content safety moderation. Lead a global team of Operations Managers to oversee successful delivery of AI services to ensure on time and under budget deliveries that meet and exceed customer quality expectations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Operations leadership experience, ideally within an organization that provides HITL, RLHF and evaluation services to leading LLM developers, Mag7 companies, AV builders and Robotics companies.
• Deep understanding of how LLMs, Generative AI workflows, and multi-modal data structures (video, spatial, and sensor fusion) essential for the robotics ecosystem.
• Strong interest and commitment to learning about the latest developments in Robotics and Physical AI technologies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and global teams.
• Track record of managing teams in a high-velocity environment, with a focus on outcomes.
• Excited to tackle ambiguous problems with a relentless attitude of testing, iterating, and scaling solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
