The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a sales position with a focus on service sales. The BDR is responsible for identifying, meeting, developing, and maintaining new incremental business relationships and sales opportunities for Schwickert’s.

Requirements

  • Strategize to analyze and identify territory opportunities
  • Establish a base of contacts within Minnesota and surrounding states
  • Conduct face-to-face visits and presentations with clients and prospects
  • Direct the assembly of RFQ/RFP and presentations
  • Track all customers, prospects, opportunities, and activity through the company’s CRM program
  • Establish continual contacts with new prospects
  • Maintain and expand relationships with current and future clients
  • Initiate clients follow up on current projects and new leads
  • Develop and maintain strong community and industry involvement
  • Continually establish and develop our industry’s technical skills
