The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a sales position with a focus on service sales. The BDR is responsible for identifying, meeting, developing, and maintaining new incremental business relationships and sales opportunities for Schwickert’s.
Requirements
- Strategize to analyze and identify territory opportunities
- Establish a base of contacts within Minnesota and surrounding states
- Conduct face-to-face visits and presentations with clients and prospects
- Direct the assembly of RFQ/RFP and presentations
- Track all customers, prospects, opportunities, and activity through the company’s CRM program
- Establish continual contacts with new prospects
- Maintain and expand relationships with current and future clients
- Initiate clients follow up on current projects and new leads
- Develop and maintain strong community and industry involvement
- Continually establish and develop our industry’s technical skills
