What You Will Do

The Director, B2B Product Marketing leads strategy and commercialization for Teladoc Health’s enterprise solutions, translating product capabilities, clinical outcomes, buyer needs, and market dynamics into differentiated positioning and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years in marketing, including significant B2B product marketing, go-to-market strategy, commercialization, or solution marketing experience.
• Enterprise buyer fluency, with demonstrated experience marketing complex products or solutions and navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Proven ability to develop differentiated positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and core commercial enablement assets.
• Track record leading product launches and commercial readiness across complex, cross-functional organizations.
• Experience using market research, voice-of-customer inputs, and competitive intelligence to shape positioning, roadmap inputs, and commercialization strategy.
• Strategic and hands-on leader who can connect narrative, enablement, launch readiness, customer value, and measurement to business outcomes.
• Healthcare, digital health, benefits, insurance, technology, or other regulated, multi-stakeholder industry experience preferred.
• Excellent storytelling, executive communication, stakeholder management, influence, and decision-framing skills.

Benefits

• Base salary range $170,000 – $185,000
