Role Overview
The Product Operations Lead will run the operating system for Tennr’s Product and Engineering team, planning and reviewing work, turning customer signal into clear roadmap inputs, and developing vendor and partner relationships.
What You Will Do
The Product Operations Lead will own the planning and review rhythm, voice of the customer, product rollout, product partnerships, internal tooling, and performance and follow-through.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Operations, are ambitious and want substantial ownership, and can use data and customer feedback to understand whether plans and launches are working.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience
- 1-2 years in Product Management or Product Operations at a software company
- Ability to work directly with Product and Engineering teams
- Collaborative and able to align teams without detailed instructions
- Strong writing skills
- Strong work ethic and low ego
