Role Overview
The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and achieving annual sales, margin, and expense P&L’s, as well as strategic plans. They will also oversee the sales efforts for assigned areas, supervise personnel, and ensure quality of product, service, and customer rapport.

The Sales Operations Manager will analyze department budget requests, identify areas for reduction, and allocate operating budgets. They will also communicate effectively with assigned personnel and coworkers to stay updated on competitive activity and market execution.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must meet company driver qualifications.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and employees.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
