Role Overview
Join a commercially focused Partnerships team at Teya, a payment and software service provider, to drive partner-sourced merchant growth. You will own a pipeline of opportunities end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to launch and ongoing performance management.
What You Will Do
Identify business opportunities, build and maintain a structured view of the partnership landscape, source and qualify new partner prospects, develop commercial structures, negotiate and close deals, manage the partner lifecycle, and enable sales.

Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or similar commercial roles with direct ownership of partner-sourced revenue. Strong commercial instincts, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ability to manage partners across the full lifecycle.
