Role Overview
The Marketing organization is responsible for developing the long-term strategy for the brand, building differentiated market positioning, developing superior brand mixes, as well as developing and executing integrated marketing plans.
What You Will Do
The Senior Associate Brand Manager will lead the planning, execution, and analysis of various business initiatives, manage communications projects with Bel’s agencies, and lead consumption and be relied upon for analytical insights.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
- 4+ years of Brand Marketing experience (CPG preferred)
- Expertise in data analysis (Nielsen/IRI preferred)
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and strategic thinking skills
Benefits
- Base Salary: $120,000 – $125,000
