Role Overview

As a Parts Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, fostering a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional WOW! Customer Service experience. You will assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.

Your responsibilities will include leading efforts to exceed sales targets, optimizing inventory levels, ensuring timely returns processing and merchandising, and resolving customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly.
