Responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience, overseeing a team of Associates, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
What You Will Do
Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity, trains and mentors Associates, addresses customer concerns, and ensures a positive customer experience.

Requirements
- Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
- Capable of multi-tasking

- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Able to train others
- 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
