Role Overview
The Sales Director leads a defined channel or account portfolio for Myprotein in North America, owning the strategy, relationships, range pipeline, and P&L for their accounts. They will turn the broader omnichannel ambition into listings, sales, and best-in-class execution on the ground.
What You Will Do
Own the strategy and revenue plan for a defined channel or account portfolio, build a credible range pipeline, negotiate trade terms, manage customer P&L, and develop customer strategic business plans.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, with experience in sports nutrition or CPG being advantageous. They should be able to manage the full 360 sales process, be an effective presenter, and have a positive, can-do attitude.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales or account management
- Experience in sports nutrition or CPG is strongly advantageous
- Existing relationships with US retailers in relevant channels
