Role Overview
Thrasher, a family-owned residential construction company, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales, develop relationships, and assist homeowners in safeguarding their homes.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will proactively follow-up with homeowners, serve as a key point of contact, collaborate with team members, and effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, inside sales strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from the Omaha headquarters
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to offer solutions based on customer needs
- Ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with homeowners
